Dr. Panagopoulos is an Associate Professor at the Economics Department of the University of Crete and the founder of the interdisciplinary research center TECHNIS, which aims to research innovation and industrial property. He holds a PhD from UCL, and has taught at the University of Bristol, Lancaster University and the European Political-Economy Infrastructure Consortium. He has also been an RTN fellow at the University of Toulouse and a visiting professor at the Economics Department of the KU Leuven University, and at the Law Department of the University of Oxford.
