He is a graduate of the Mathematics Department of the University of Crete and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management: MSc in Business Management from the University of Strathclyde.

In the past he has worked as a business consultant at the company ICAP A.E., while in recent years he has been working at the Special Account for Research Funds of the University of Crete and is an executive of the Knowledge Transfer Office.

He has attended a number of training courses and seminars, specializing in intellectual property issues, from ASTP, TIME MBE and other national and international bodies.

He is a member of ASTP.
